At NeuroMD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel with original tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
